This all type of live-streaming apps depends on internet connection. So internet connection is the main key point. Maybe your internet connection is not stable or your ISP has some problem to handle the request.
Sometimes too many traffic or lots of signups can cause error 83. November 2019 when Disney Plus started their service, due to huge traffic, their server can’t handle their request.
